Jared DeBlieck, Senior Pastor
Pastor DeBlieck received his Master’s of Divinity Degree in 2014 from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, IN. He previously served in Southern Illinois where he was also a campus pastor. In 2019 he accepted the Call from the Indiana District to serve University Lutheran Church as the associate pastor, and the senior pastor in 2024. Pastor DeBlieck and his wife, Morgan, have two children; Lillian and Iris. He is passionate about campus ministry and the blessing it is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the students of Purdue and the Greater Lafayette community. Pastor enjoys time with family and friends, a good hike, and academic study as a current a PhD in Missiology candidate.
Daniel Harrison, Assoc. Pastor
Pastor Harrison graduated from Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana in the spring of 2021. Afterwards he served in New Baltimore, Michigan until 2025, when he accepted the Call to University Lutheran Church. Pastor Harrison loves serving as a pastor in the church and feels he is living out his dream career. The Office of the Holy Ministry is a blessed role established by Christ Himself, and he is honored and humbled to serve in it. With his wife, Nichole, they have two sons, Henry and Caleb. Pastor Harrison enjoys discussing theology, movies, and culture. He also enjoys participating in and watching sports, as well as playing board and card games.
